I was trained in Spiritual Direction by the Haden Institute in Hendersonville, NC. I serve as a Deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of Florida and worked at Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL as a Pastoral Care Director.
Spiritual Direction is soul work – not head work. It is a wonderful journey not a destination. The most important role of a Spiritual Director is to be a companion on the unique journey of each spiritual directee.
